What if an item I like is out of stock?All of my wares are custom made, so one-of-a-kind. I am happy to take a design you like and create it with you to make it your own!

Do you take custom orders?Yes! I am happy to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind item that reflects your personality.

How do I pay?Payment can be made via Venmo (preferred), PayPal Friends & Family, Cash or Check.

Do you charge for shipping?The shipping charge will be added to your invoice. I will ship your goods as inexpensively as possible and will tell you the cost prior to invoicing you.

What is your return and exchange policy?All sales are final. I charge 100% of the cost of the item up front and I do not accept cancelations. If you have an issue with your item after purchase, please contact me and we can talk about a resolution. PLEASE NOTE: These are handcrafted items that must be handled with care and are subject to normal wear and tear. I do not recommend putting your purchase in the washing machine or dryer. Spot cleaning with gentle cleaners is recommended. Please do not overload the bag to avoid putting too much stress on the seams.
